Location: Corby (Commutable from Northampton, Kettering, Wellingborough, Peterborough)
Driver Hire are currently recruiting for a 7.5T driver for our client based in Corby on a Temp to Perm basis. Start date is 3rd February 2025.
The role:
- Delivery of customer products to clients across the UK
- Approximately 5 - 10 drops per day
- Some handball required but most deliveries will be lifted off by FLT or Crane
- Attention to detail to ensure correct product is delivered
- Fragile items so care to be taken when delivering
- Ensuring PODs (Proof of Deliveries) are completed at each customer
Shift pattern & Pay:
- Mon - Fri 07:00am start onwards
- Minimum 8-hour shift, some longer days if busy
- £13.00ph PAYE (Accrued holiday pay)
- 12 weeks Temp to Perm
Skills / qualifications:
- Valid C1 licence (7.5T)
- Valid Tachograph & CPC
- No more than 6 Points or Major Offences
- Minimum of 12 months 7.5T driving experience
