The successful Customer Service Agent will receive:

  • £13.45/h basic
  • £20.18/h overtime (after 7.5hrs per day)
  • Guaranteed 37.5hrs per week

What to expect as a Customer Service Agent:

Working Monday to Friday from 8:30am, you will be part of a busy customer service operation for a well-established fuel provider.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a high volume of customer calls
  • Responding to customer enquiries in a polite and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information and resolving queries wherever possible
  • Updating customer information and records using computer systems
  • Ensuring customers receive a positive and efficient service
  • Working closely with colleagues to manage busy periods and maintain excellent service levels

As a Customer Service Agent you must:

  • Previous experience in a call centre environment
  • Computer literacy
  • Polite & professional able to handle high volume of customer calls.

This position is commutable from Stowmarket, Thetford, Newmarket, Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds.
