Driver Hire Inverness is looking for Van Drivers to support a range of clients across Inverness and nearby areas. Whether you\’re seeking full‑time hours, part‑time flexibility, or occasional shifts, we have work to suit your lifestyle.
We\’re looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a professional approach to customer service. If you\’re reliable and ready to get stuck in, we\’d love to hear from you!
What We Offer:
- Flexible working patterns to fit around your schedule
- Mainly Monday to Friday shifts
- Minimum 8‑hour pay per shift, with overtime after 8 hours
- Varied work assignments
- Excellent PAYE rates: £12.75 to £13.85 per hour
Typical Duties May Include:
- Loading and unloading vans with various goods
- Using handheld devices or completing delivery paperwork
- Performing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
- Manual handling tasks
- Local and long‑distance deliveries
Requirements:
- Valid UK Cat B Driving Licence
- Maximum of 6 penalty points (No DR, IN or TT codes)
- Good local area knowledge (preferred but not essential)
