Van Driver - Ongoing Full-Time Role

Driver Hire Inverness is recruiting a Van Driver to be based in Dalcross. You will be delivering a variety of items throughout the Highlands with a drivers mate. This is a full-time ongoing role, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
We\'re looking for someone who is self-motivated, has strong communication skills, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
What We Offer
- Full time, ongoing work.
- Monday to Friday starting at 0600.
- PAYE - £12.71 per hour / PAYE ADV - £14.24 per hour.
- Permanent position offered to right person.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver furniture throughout the Highlands with a drivers mate.
- Operate a delivery system app.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while following road safety regulations.
- Load and unload goods, including manual handling.
- Communicate effectively with the onsite team and customers.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues.
Requirements
- Valid UK Cat B Driving Licence.
- Maximum of 6 penalty points (No DR, CD, IN or TT codes).
- Good local area knowledge (preferred but not essential).
