We are looking for a reliable and well-organized training administrator to join the team in Inverness on a flexible part time basis to support the day-to-day operations of a busy Training business. This is a part time permanent role, working approx. 15 hours per week, with the flexibility to work additional hours to cover holidays per annual.
Job details (Jobs may vary):
- Perform all general administrative tasks, including managing emails and telephone calls.
- Organising training calendar & client bookings.
- Process online bookings.
- Liaise and co-ordinate date and courses with training instructors.
- Organising course materials in advance.
- Inputting of course data for certificate generation.
- Liaise with SQA, DVSA and other accredited bodies.
- Debt management & Invoicing.
Role Requirements:
- Attention to detail is essential.
- IT skills including Microsoft Office and web-based programs.
