We are looking for a reliable and well-organized training administrator to join the team in Inverness on a flexible part time basis to support the day-to-day operations of a busy Training business. This is a part time permanent role, working approx. 15 hours per week, with the flexibility to work additional hours to cover holidays per annual.

Job details (Jobs may vary):

  • Perform all general administrative tasks, including managing emails and telephone calls.
  • Organising training calendar & client bookings.
  • Process online bookings.
  • Liaise and co-ordinate date and courses with training instructors.
  • Organising course materials in advance.
  • Inputting of course data for certificate generation.
  • Liaise with SQA, DVSA and other accredited bodies.
  • Debt management & Invoicing.

Role Requirements:

  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • IT skills including Microsoft Office and web-based programs.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, be enterprising and manage time efficiently.
  • Problem solving skills and exercise initiative in decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
