We are looking for a full-time, permanent Recruitment Administrator to join our busy and friendly team in Inverness. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment. Whether you have previous recruitment experience or come from an office administration, customer service, or sales background, full training will be provided.

About the role: This is a varied role combining recruitment, customer service, and office administration responsibilities. Your duties will include:

  • Recruiting, interviewing, and registering candidates
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records and updating internal systems
  • General office administration and database management
  • Answering incoming calls from clients and candidates
  • Matching candidates to vacancies and allocating shifts
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Providing a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy recruitment office

As Driver Hire operates 24/7, the successful candidate will also be required to participate in an on-call rota.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £27,202.50 per annum + performance-related bonus scheme
  • OTE: £35,000+ per annum
  • 28 Days holiday per annum
  • Support from the Driver Hire Inverness team
