Forklift Operator / Diesel Mechanic - Dalcross
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: 08:30 - 16:30, Monday to Friday
Location: Dalcross
Pay: £16.00 per hour (paid weekly)
Driver Hire Inverness is recruiting for a Forklift Driver / Diesel Mechanic to support a busy yard based in Dalcross. This is an initial 5 week assignment, with the possibility of extension or even permanent employment for the right person.
Duties Include:
- Repair and maintenance of equipment
- Pressure washing plant machinery
- General yard maintenance
- Fuelling up machines
- Supporting the team with day to day yard duties
Requirements:
- Mechanical qualification / certificate
- Good understanding of diesel engine maintenance
- B2 Forklift ticket preferred - but training can be provided
- Valid car licence
- Strong work ethic and reliability
