We are currently recruiting a Regional Relief Class 2 Driver with the willingness to gain their HIAB licence for a permanent role covering the Inverness cluster, including Inverness, Tain, Dingwall, Invergordon, Fort William and Elgin. This is a fantastic opportunity offering full-time permanent employment, no evenings or weekends, with excellent benefits. This varied and hands‑on role involves delivering building materials to customers across the region while providing a high level of customer service and maintaining the highest safety standards.
Role Details:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm
- Location: Inverness Cluster (Inverness, Tain, Dingwall, Invergordon, Fort William & Elgin)
- Competitive salary of £40,000 pa + driver bonus scheme (up to £2,700 per year)
- Monthly allowance of an additional £250 per month
- Fully funded HIAB and CPC training
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays

Typical Duties May Include:
- Operating a HIAB (training provided if required)
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely
- Providing excellent customer service
- Securing loads in line with safety regulations

- Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Licence
- CPC & Digital Tacho Card
- Maximum 6 penalty points (no DR, TT, or IN convictions)
