Class 2 ADR Tanker

Pay: £17.45 - £26.18 per hour
Hours: 42.5 hours guaranteed per week
Contract: Temporary winter placement, with permanent opportunity

Driver Hire Inverness are looking for Class 2 HGV Tanker Drivers with a valid ADR certificateto join our client based in Inverness.
This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for guaranteed winter work, with 42.5 hours per week and the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.
There are two day-shift patterns available: Thursday to Monday and Sunday to Thursday.
Newly qualified Class 2 drivers are welcome to apply, however, you must already hold the required ADR Tanks and Packages certification.
Role Details:
- £17.45 - £26.18 per hour

- Guaranteed 42.5 hours per week
- Weekly PAYE pay
- Temporary winter placement
- Opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate
Typical Duties May Include:
- Driving a Class 2 tanker
- Attending commercial and residential sites throughout Inverness and the surrounding Highlands
- Operating tanker and suction equipment
- Safely collecting, transporting and discharging loads
- Completing all required paperwork
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with ADR requirements
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Cat C) HGV Licence
- Valid ADR Licence covering Tanks and Packages
- CPC and Digi cards
- No more than 6 points ( No DR, DG, TT or IN convictions)
- Reliable and safety-conscious approach to work
- DBS check required
