We are looking for an experienced Class 1 Driver to join our client on a full-time basis as a Nightshift Supervisor. This role involves working Monday to Friday nightshifts, overseeing operations to ensure jobs are organised efficiently and all trailers move on time for onward journeys. You’ll play a key role in coordinating between teams and resolving any issues that arise overnight. This is a great opportunity for drivers seeking stability, routine, and consistent work with a respected local operator.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Organising jobs and collections for nightshift colleagues
- Loading and unloading trailers, preparing load lists and manifests
- Ensuring trailers are dispatched in line with schedules
- Entering jobs into internal systems and completing accurate handover documentation
- Managing and resolving operational issues during the shift
- Coordinating closely with planning and warehouse teams to maintain workflow
- Leading the team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations
What You'll Need:
- Valid UK Class 1 (Cat C+E) licence
- Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
- Maximum 6 penalty points (no DR, IN, or TT codes)
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence
- Good communication skills and reliability
