We are recruiting a Class 2 driver for an approximately 1 year contract based in Spittal.

Ideal candidate will have previous HGV experience and will also ideally have plant experience. The work will involve moving equipment and samples between local sites.

Work Pattern:

  • Monday-Friday with every 2nd Saturday
  • 07:30 - 17:30
  • Ongoing contract

Job details:

  • Load / Off load plant machinery on beaver tail trailers
  • Moving of machinery / samples between local sites
  • Ensure vehicle loaded safely and correctly
  • Adhere to all site safety regulations
  • Driving at all times in a safe and courteous manner
  • Monitor and report wear and tear to vehicles
  • Prevent and report damage
