Driver Hire Inverness is recruiting a Class 2 ADR Tanker Driver to deliver bulk fuel to both residential and commercial customers across the Inverness area. This is a seasonal full-time role with guaranteed weekly hours and the opportunity to work with a well-established fuel distribution company.
What We Offer:
- Guaranteed 42.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday work, with occasional weekend shifts
- Competitive PAYE rate: £16.63 - £33.26 per hour
- Overtime is payable after 42.5hrs worked
- Local deliveries - no overnight stays required
Key Responsibilities:
- Safe and efficient delivery of bulk fuels to homes and businesses
- Complying with all relevant legal and company procedures
- Handling and transporting hazardous materials in line with ADR regulations
- Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
- Ensuring accurate paperwork and delivery records
- Maintaining a courteous and professional manner at all times
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (LGV/HGV) Licence
- CPC Card
- Digi card
- ADR Certification (including tanks)
- Previous tanker experience preferred
- Maximum of 6 penalty points (No DR, IN and TT convictions)
