Recruitment Consultant – Birmingham South We have a great opportunity for an ambitious, highly driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the Birmingham South office. What the role involves The Recruitment Consultant plays an integral part in our business and is the first point of contact for both candidates and clients within the designated territory. This position plays a key role in maintaining Driver Hire’s reputation for delivering reliable and quality drivers and transport/logistics staff, whilst also ensuring the office stays compliant with our internal and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Hub Manager, you will work as part of a dynamic and motivated team of recruitment consultants. You will be supported by a sales manager targeted to develop new business opportunities for your territory. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the whole recruitment cycle, including: * Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates for your territory and seeking out talent across a variety of online platforms. * Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on opportunities offered by clients within your territory. * Interviewing candidates, checking references and ensuring they are compliant and ready to work. * Developing existing client relationships through effective account management to drive business growth. * Negotiating business terms with new and existing clients and ensuring all client records are compliant and up to date. * On call/out of hours cover will be required on rotation with other team members. What do you need to be successful? * A minimum of 1 years recruitment experience ideally gained in a temporary recruitment environment with a proven track record of success. * Ambitious and eager to achieve great things both individually and as a team in a fast-paced competitive environment. * Self-motivated with excellent levels of customer service. * Full, UK driving licence Why work for Driver Hire?
