We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established and successful team based at the Northern Hub office in Bradford BD1. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a thriving business with a strong presence in the industry. This position plays a key role in maintaining Driver Hire's reputation for delivering reliable and quality drivers, whilst also ensuring the office stays compliant with our internal and industry standards.

Our Bradford Operations hub, based within the Group Headquarters, has over fifteen recruiters and support who work closely together, priding themselves not only on the service they deliver to our clients, but the support they give each other. What does the role involve?

As our new Recruitment Consultant, on a daily basis you will be responsible for managing the expectations and needs of both clients and candidates alike. Your tasks will involve managing the whole recruitment cycle, including:

  • Visiting clients to discuss supply
  • Advertising roles, recruiting and registering candidates
  • Personal marketing
  • Collation of timesheets for payroll team
  • Rate agreements
  • Ensuring all records are up to date and correct.

As a new Recruitment Consultant, you will be supported through an induction and training period which will focus on allowing you to learn the skills and knowledge that will become an essential part of your role within the team.

  • You will be working within a supportive team of fifteen
  • You will have an “in the field” Sales Manager attracting new business
  • National Brand Marketing Team & Local Attraction Team
  • Payroll Team, to do the weekly process
  • National Accounts Team, to assist local engagement of national contracts
  • Ongoing training, expert mentoring and coaching
