Warehouse Quality Controller

Driver Hire Grimsby are currently recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an experienced Warehouse Quality Controller to join their busy team near Grimsby area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong warehouse background and a keen eye for detail to take on a vital role in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery to shrink/stretch wrap and bale materials

• Perform quality checks on packaging, pallets, and identification

• Maintain accurate IT records and updates

• Organise and optimise warehouse space and daily operations

• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles as required

• Uphold high standards of housekeeping and yard duties

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse-based quality control role

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and mechanical QC processes

• Valid, in-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence

• Full, clean UK driving licence

• Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting tasks

• Strong communication, literacy, numeracy, and IT skills

• Self-motivated and reliable with a strong commitment to health and safety
