We are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver (Counterbalance) on behalf of a well-established client in the port / logistics sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled operator looking for long-term, stable work with the potential for a permanent position.
The Role:
- Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles and containers
- Moving stock within a busy yard / warehouse environment
- Supporting general yard and warehouse duties as required
- Working as part of a team to meet operational deadlines
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (in-date and accredited)
- Previous experience in a similar industrial / port / logistics environment
- Good awareness of health & safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Own transport preferred due to location
