Driver Hire Grimsby & Scunthorpe are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 (Category C) Tipper Driver to work with a well-established client operating across North and North East Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional driver who has previous tipper experience and is confident working on construction and quarry-related deliveries.
The Role
- Driving a Class 2 tipper vehicle
- Delivering aggregates and materials to construction sites, merchants and customers
- Ensuring loads are delivered safely and in accordance with site requirements
- Completing daily vehicle checks and required paperwork
- Representing the company in a professional manner on customer sites
Requirements
- Valid Category C (Class 2) licence
- Previous tipper driving experience is essential
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Good knowledge of driver hours and working time regulations
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
- Ability to work safely on construction and quarry sites
