We're currently recruiting for a 7.5 Tonne Driver to join a highly respected and well-established company based in Grangemouth. This is a 10-week temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the chance to secure a permanent position with a business known for its excellent values, supportive culture, and commitment to its employees.
Pay Rates
- £15.30 per hour - with accrued holiday pay
- £17.15 per hour - with holiday pay advanced
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 07:30 - 17:30 (approx.)
The Role
- Delivering plant attachments to customers across the region.
- Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and professionally.
- Assisting in the warehouse with general duties when not out on deliveries.
- Loading and unloading vehicles as required.
- Providing excellent customer service at delivery points.
- Please note: This can be a physically demanding role. Plant attachments can be heavy, and the position involves manual handling and warehouse duties, so a good level of physical fitness is essential.
Requirements
- Valid Category C1 (7.5 Tonne) driving licence.
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Good customer service skills and a positive, reliable attitude.
- Willingness to assist with warehouse duties when required.
- Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual handling tasks.
- Previous multidrop or delivery experience is beneficial but not essential.
