What will you be doing? This is a lively, hands-on role where you'll be supporting clients, candidates, and new business opportunities from start to finish. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Sales & Business Development
- Growing your client base through proactive calls, virtual outreach, and in-person visits in your territory
- Building strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Networking at local events and raising brand awareness
- Negotiating rates, margins, and supply agreements
- Managing the full recruitment process
- Advertising roles and sourcing high-quality candidates
- Registering, interviewing, and placing candidates
- Ensuring timesheets are accurate and supporting payroll
You’ll have structured onboarding, ongoing training, and access to great tools to help you get up to speed quickly.
