We are looking for a driven Sales and Business Development individual to grow our new Stirling, Falkirk, Grangemouth & Clacks territory. This is a virtual territory role, giving you the flexibility to work in a hybrid model, combining office and home working while still being actively engaged in your patch.

What will your role involve?

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll manage clients, candidates, and opportunities end-to-end. Your day will include:

  • Winning new business through proactive calls, virtual prospecting, and in-person client visits across your territory
  • Building long-term strategic relationships
  • Networking at local events
  • Driving brand awareness locally
  • Negotiating rates, margins, and supply agreements
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle
  • Advertising vacancies and sourcing high-quality candidates
  • Registering, interviewing, and placing candidates
  • Collating timesheets and supporting payroll accuracy

You’ll be fully supported with structured onboarding, training, and industry-leading tools to help you succeed quickly.

What do you need to succeed?

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • A strong sales mentality with the desire to grow revenue
  • Ability to work independently, which suits the hybrid and virtual territory setup
  • Drive to exceed activity and performance targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Commercial thinking with the ability to follow proven processes
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Experience in sales, recruitment, logistics, or driving is helpful but not essential
  • Ideally a sound knowledge of the commercial world in the FK area
