An opportunity has arisen for a competent and versatile Senior Recruitment Consultant who is wanting to take a leap into managing a process driven business or an established BM for our dynamic and well established business based in Crawley. We are celebrating our 45 years in the Industry and we believe it is time to pivot and provide an even more exemplary service to our customers and candidates.
We are looking for someone that has the right skill sets to develop the business and inject the right balance of being in the business and driving growth whilst remaining true to the values and ethics we have worked to establish over the last 20 years. The role is very versatile and rewarding, and it includes all aspects of Recruitment from Payroll and Candidate onboarding to Visiting clients, developing the team and strategic planning.
You will be given autonomy to strategize how we can grow but also improve our service delivery to our customers and candidates and report directly to the owner of the business who is also down to earth and hands on. This will suit someone that has a long term plan as there will be real opportunities for further progression for the right person.
We are in the Temps Market and that in itself is very fast moving, however we have set up many processes and have a strong backbone and presence in the local area. You will be looking after a well run business, a very capable team of 4, with many years in the local area as a leader in Driving Recruitment, however the growth plans are to diversify.

- Basic - £35k- £40k based upon experience
- Mon-Fri
- 20 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays!)
