An opportunity has arisen for a competent and versatile Senior Recruitment Consultant for a dynamic and well-established business based in Crawley. We are celebrating 45 years in the industry and believe it is time to pivot and provide an even more exemplary service to our customers and candidates.
Responsibilities
- You will develop the business with a balance of being in the business, driving growth and staying true to our values and ethics built over 20 years.
- The role is very versatile and rewarding, covering all aspects of recruitment from payroll and candidate onboarding to visiting clients, developing the team and strategic planning.
- You will be given autonomy to strategise how we can grow, improve service delivery to customers and candidates and report directly to the owner of the business who is down to earth and hands on.
- This position suits someone with a long-term plan and real opportunities for further progression.
Package
- Basic Salary £30k-£33k based on experience
- Monday-Friday working days
