Driver Hire Gatwick is currently recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers to work from our clients Crawley depot, supporting a number of prestigious and well-established clients across the South of England.

The Role
Delivering palletised freight across the South of England
General haulage duties
Start times between 05:00 06:00 AM
Conducting daily vehicle checks in line with Health & Safety requirements
Ensuring compliance with driver hours and road safety regulations
Safe loading and unloading of goods
About You
Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
CPC and Digital Tachograph card
No more than 6 penalty points (no major endorsements: CD/IN/DR/TT)
Able to operate vehicles safely and responsibly
Comfortable ensuring loads are secure at all times
PPE required: Hi-Vis and Safety Boots
Own transport required to commute to and from the depot
Must comply with all on-site health and safety procedures
Location
Crawley (drivers must live within 20 miles)
Pay & Benefits
£19.00 per hour (Umbrella rate)
Weekly pay
Flexible working patterns to suit your availability
