HGV Class 2 Driver (Plant deliveries) in Horsham

HGV Class 2 Driver – Plant & Tool Hire | Horsham Salary: £18 – £19 per hour Hours: Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm – but finishing times might vary (No Weekends!) Driver Hire Gatwick is looking for a Class 2 driver to join one of our well established clients based in the Horsham area. We’re recruiting to expand the transport team and looking for reliable, hardworking HGV Class 2 Drivers to help deliver high-quality plant equipment (mini diggers/dumpers) to customers and sites across the region. What You’ll Be Doing * Driving a Class 2 Flatbed to deliver and collect plant equipment. * Ensuring safe loading and unloading of equipment using chains, straps, and ramps. * Between 5-10 deliveries per day. * Providing excellent customer service on-site. * Carrying out daily vehicle checks and maintaining high safety standards. What We’re Looking For * A valid Cat C (Class 2) licence. * Physically fit and active – this role involves hands-on work. * Experience with plant equipment or beaver tail vehicles is desirable (but not essential). * A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
