An opportunity has arisen for a competent and versatile Senior Recruitment Consultant who is looking to take a leap into managing a process-driven business or an established BM for a dynamic and well-established business based in Crawley.

The organization is celebrating 45 years in the industry and aims to provide exemplary service to customers and candidates while growing the business in line with its values and ethics developed over the last 20 years.

The role is diverse and rewarding, covering all aspects of recruitment from payroll and candidate onboarding to visiting clients, developing the team, and strategic planning.

You will have autonomy to strategize growth while improving service delivery and will report directly to the owner of the business, who is hands-on and down-to-earth.

This role suits someone with a long-term plan and real opportunities for progression for the right person.

The position sits in the Temps Market, which is fast-moving.

We have established processes and a strong local presence, and you will lead a well-run business with a capable team of five, with many years of local experience as a leader in Driving Recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, including payroll, candidate onboarding, and client visits.
  • Drive business development and growth while maintaining the company’s values and ethics.
  • Develop and support the team, lead strategic planning, and improve service delivery.
  • Report to the owner and operate with autonomy to implement improvements.
  • Manage a five-person team and collaborate with established clients and candidates in the local area.

Package & Working Arrangements

  • Basic salary: £32k – £40k, based on experience
  • Mon–Fri working week
  • 20 days of holiday (plus bank holidays)
  • In-office working environment with free parking
