Our client is a well-established removals company based in RH Postal Code and is looking to recruit an HGV Class 2 Removals Driver to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role. You will be actively involved in loading, unloading, packing, and delivering household and commercial removals, working closely with a small crew to ensure moves run smoothly and customers receive a professional service from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving a Class 2 vehicle safely and responsibly in line with road traffic laws
- Loading and unloading vehicles, including heavy furniture and fragile items
- Ensuring items are packed, protected, and secured correctly
- Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
- Maintaining a professional and courteous manner with customers at all times
About You
- Valid HGV Class 2 licence
- Valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
- Previous removals experience is strongly preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
- Good communication skills and a customer focused attitude
- Calm, practical, and able to problem-solve on site
