Driver Hire Gatwick is looking for a reliable 3.5T Van Driver who is also willing to assist with warehouse duties. This role is a Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate. You will be responsible for delivering vehicle cleaning products to customers across the South East, as well as picking orders, restocking shelves, and loading and unloading goods. If you enjoy customer service and are looking for a permanent position, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Up to 20-35 deliveries per day, depending on distance
- Help the field sales team by re-stocking the mobile shop's fleet
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks and general housekeeping
- Safely drive and handle a 3.5T Van
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and maintain communication
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 06:30 am to 04:00 pm
- Friday: 06:30 am to 02:45 pm
Requirements:
- A valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- At least 1 year of experience as a van delivery driver
- Must live within 10 miles of Crawley
- Own transportation to and from work
