Are you organised, proactive, and great with people? We're looking for a reliable Part-Time Resourcer to play a key role within our recruitment team. This is a varied, fast-paced role combining candidate resourcing, compliance, and marketing/admin support, with flexibility built into your working hours. This role is not a remote role.
This position is 30 hours per week and offers a flexible approach to shift patterns, working Monday to Friday within the core hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm, providing balance while maintaining structure.
The Role
You’ll be central to our recruitment operation, ensuring candidates are sourced effectively, compliance is completed accurately, and day-to-day office activity runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Resourcing & Role Fulfilment
- Source, screen, and register candidates for active vacancies
- Match candidates to roles based on skills, experience, and availability
- Maintain regular, professional communication with candidates
- Support consultants in filling roles efficiently and effectively
- Compliance & Right to Work
- Complete Right to Work checks in line with legal requirements
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and securely stored
- Follow strict compliance procedures with high attention to detail
- Marketing & Campaign Support
- Plan and schedule monthly marketing activity
- Create and send email campaigns
- Write and post job adverts across multiple platforms
- Support brand visibility through consistent, accurate marketing output
- General Administration
- Answer incoming calls and manage the shared inbox
- Handle client and candidate queries via phone and email
- Manage bookings and keep internal systems up to date
- Provide general office support as required
