We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Payroll Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis, working Monday and Friday each week. This role is responsible for inputting and processing the timesheets. The role is 15 hours per week, with overtime available to cover holidays. Starting pay during the training period is £12.71 per hour, rising to £14.00 per hour upon completion of training. This role is not a remote role.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing weekly payroll tasks, ensuring all information is entered accurately, is compliant, and processed within stringent deadlines. This role will directly support the smooth running of our weekly operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for the previous week every Monday and Friday
  • Check timesheets, hours worked, and pay rates for accuracy
  • Input and update payroll data into internal systems
  • Resolve payroll queries and discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with payroll procedures and regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Conduct weekly compliance checks on candidate and client records
  • Process financial reports and expenses
