Our client based in Okehampton is recruiting a full-time permanent 7.5 Tonne/ LGV C1 Driver/Loader. They welcome newly qualified as training is provided.
As a 7.5 Tonne / LGV C1 Driver you must:
- Have valid CPC + Tacho Cards
- Hold a valid LGV C1 licence
- Have no more than 6 SP penalty points on your licence due to insurance policy restrictions
7.5 Tonne / LGV C1 Driver responsibilities include:
- Collecting domestic waste and/or kerb side recycling
- Helping to collate the bin bags ready to load on the dustcart
- This role is very physical and includes repeatedly jumping in and out the vehicle.
The successful 7.5 Tonne / LGV C1 Driver can expect:
- 40+ hours per week, working mainly Monday - Friday
- Starting 07:00 am Job till finish
- You will work the following Saturday after a bank holiday to catch up, paid time and a half
- Pay rate is £13.11 per hour
- 20 days holiday per annum
