Responsibilities:
- Learn the ropes of recruitment & sales by assisting our more senior consultants with candidate sourcing, interviewing, and client management.
- Develop a deep understanding of the transportation and logistics industry to effectively match candidates with suitable job opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to create and post engaging job advertisements.
- Screen and assess candidate applications to identify the best fit for available positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to recruitment and compliance.

Hours and pay: Office hours are Monday to Friday, 0900-1700 (office based). Starting salary of £22,500 basic per annum plus uncapped bonus and on call allowance. OTE £28,000 in the first year.
