Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (with flexibility required)
£25,500 Basic Salary + Generous Bonus Scheme + On-Call Allowance

Are you a motivated and ambitious sales professional looking to build a rewarding career with excellent earning potential? We are looking for a driven Business Development Consultant to join our successful Edinburgh team.
This is a varied role where you'll manage the full sales cycle, from generating new business opportunities and developing client relationships to account management and customer service. Your success will be rewarded through a generous bonus scheme, giving you the opportunity to boost your annual earnings well beyond your basic salary.
What You'll Be Doing
- Winning new business through proactive sales activity, networking, and relationship building.
- Managing and developing existing client accounts.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
- Participating in an on-call rota, with an additional allowance paid.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, recruitment, account management, or business development.
- A confident and professional communicator.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence essential.
