Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking for your next opportunity? Our client, a pioneer in medical science, is seeking a HUB Coordinator to join their friendly and professional team in Edinburgh. This newly created role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact across the business.

This is a 6-month temporary, part-time position, with the potential for extension or increased hours depending on performance and business needs. You will play a key role in supporting operations between two sites—Edinburgh East and London—ensuring smooth communication and administration across departments.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will work closely with departments such as IT, HR, and Occupational Health, providing vital administrative and coordination support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritise a varied administrative workload
  • Coordinate and support internal projects and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate documentation and take minutes at team meetings
  • Assist with diary management and meeting logistics
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Support general office and facilities management
  • Contribute to company events, team activities, and ad hoc tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a secretarial or administrative role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Mail Merge
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic working environment

Working Hours:

The role is office-based and requires 20 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday in the mornings. While hours will be planned to support business needs, occasional flexibility may be required.
