Experience: Plant Hire experience is essential
We are currently looking for an experiencedClass 2 (HGV C) Driver to join our team inEast London .
The successful candidate will have proven experience working within theplant hire industry and be confident with the delivery and collection of plant and equipment from customer sites.
The Role
-
Delivering and collecting plant and construction equipment across East London and surrounding areas

Loading and securing equipment safely for transportation

Completing vehicle checks and ensuring the vehicle is maintained to a high standard

Completing delivery and collection paperwork

Liaising professionally with customers and site personnel

Working safely and in accordance with transport and health & safety regulations
-
Ensuring all loads are secured correctly before leaving site
Essential Requirements
-
ValidClass 2 (Category C) HGV licence
-
ValidDriver CPC
-
ValidDigital Tachograph Card

Previous Plant Hire experience is essential

Experience delivering and collecting construction/plant equipment

Good knowledge of London and surrounding areas

Good communication and customer-service skills

Strong understanding of load security and road safety
