At Driver Hire East London, we are currently recruiting for multiple HGV Class 2 roles in a variety of transport and logistics sectors, with immediate start for the right candidate.
Class 2 Driver
- Part Time/ Temporary/ Full Time
- £18-£21 per hour, increase rate for overtime and weekend work
- East London and Ilford
- Start Date: Immediate
Requirements:
- Have a Category C Driving Licence
- Have completed your CPC training and hold a CPC Card
- Hold a Digital tachograph card
- Have no more than 6 points on your licence
Class 2 drivers' responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all pick ups and drops are completed
- Keeping the vehicle refuelled, maintained and clean
- Completing any paperwork required
- Perform walk around vehicle checks every morning
- Complying with all Road Transport Regulations
The successful Class 2 Driver can expect:
- Monday-Friday
- IPAF training
- Referral Bonus - Introduce a friend to us and you receive a bonus!
- Weekly pay unless you go into a permanent placement
