We're recruiting on behalf of a well established national removals company based in Uddingston. This is a temp to perm role with weekly pay through Driver Hire.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Please note: finish times can run later depending on the job, which is normal in the removals industry.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Break: 30 minutes
Saturdays: Occasional Saturday work required (shorter days, paid 8 hours)
Role Overview: You'll drive a van and work as part of a team assisting with household and commercial removals. You will normally work alongside 1-2 driver's mates. You will only work alone for small carton only jobs.
Requirements:
- Valid Cat B licence
- Must be 21+ (insurance requirement)
- No more than 6 points on licence
- Able to provide 2 references
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Flexible to finish later when required
- Available for occasional Saturday work
- DBS check required
