Forklift Operator / Yard Operative
Rutherglen Temporary Ongoing Position Monday to Friday | 7:30am - 4:30pm
Driver Hire Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established fencing company based in Rutherglen, for a Forklift Operator / Yard Operative to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis.
Duties Include:
- Operating a counterbalance forklift truck
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Moving stock and materials around the yard
- General yard maintenance and tidying duties
- Assisting with stock organisation
- Manual handling and physical lifting as required
Requirements:
- Valid RTITB Counterbalance Forklift Certificate (essential)
- Previous forklift and yard experience preferred
- Ability to undertake physical work and manual handling duties
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Must be local to the area or have your own transport due to the early start time
Pay & Benefits:
- Weekly pay through Driver Hire
- Holiday pay accrued
- Ongoing temporary work with immediate start available
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
