Are you a Van Driver looking for work in Fort William? Driver Hire are looking to recruit an experienced Van Driver to support our customer with their deliveries across Fort William. Our customer is a local plumbers merchant, and so you'll make deliveries to new build housing sites. This role will involve some manual handling, as you'll be expected to load and unload your own vehicle. We support this customer with their delivery service all year round, and so shifts will be available to cover holidays, sickness, and upturn in work.
Van Driver Requirements:
- Category B entitlement on your UK driving licence
- Minimum of 1 year commercial driving experience
- No more than 6 points on your licence for minor offences (no DD, DR, IN, etc)
Van Driver Pay & Hours:
- Basic rate of £14.29 per hour (including holiday pay)
- Guaranteed 8 hours paid per shift
- Overtime available as required by our client
