We are seeking a 7.5T driver for our Croydon based client, working with an independent body shop, doing roadside recovery. We are particularly interested in drivers who have previously worked in this field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recovering and delivering vehicles
- Working as part of a team to ensure efficient workflow and deliver a high-quality service to customers
Shift pattern: Variable but typically 08:00 to 17:00
Contract type: Temporary / ongoing
Rate of pay: £16.40 including holiday pay / £19.50 Overtime. Rising to £16.75 including holiday pay, £20.00 Overtime
As a 7.5T driver you must have:
- UK Category C1 licence
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Driver CPC Card
- No more than 6 points for minor offences
There may be some restrictions for insurance purposes (please phone for details).
The successful driver can expect:
- Monday - Friday (minimum 8 hours)
- Overtime after 8 hours
- Weekly pay every Friday
This position would be suitable for 7.5T delivery drivers, commutable from Sutton, Coulsdon, Purley, Mitcham, Thornton Heath and Wallington.
