We are currently recruiting on behalf of our well-established client based in Winsford, Cheshire for a reliable and professional Van Driver to join their team on a temporary assignment. This position is expected to last approximately 3-4 months, depending on customer requirements.
The Role
As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for the secure and timely delivery of documentation to various customer sites across the North West of England. This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent timekeeping, professionalism and a responsible approach to handling important deliveries.
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00
- No weekend working
Pay
- £14.25 per hour
- Assignment rate inclusive of holiday pay
Candidate Requirements
- Hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points
- Have a valid DBS check
- Be reliable, punctual and professional
- Possess good geographical knowledge of the North West
- Be comfortable driving a company van
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be able to manage delivery paperwork and documentation accurately
