Driver Hire Crewe is recruiting on behalf of one of our well-established manufacturing clients in Sandbach for an Industrial Painter. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with long-term prospects and the potential to progress onto higher-paid shift work if desired.
Hours of Work:
- Day Shift: Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
- Friday: 07:30 - 12:30
There is also the opportunity to move onto rotating shifts in the future for candidates looking to increase their earnings.
The Role
As an Industrial Painter, your duties will include:
- Preparing metal components ready for painting.
- Applying industrial paint and protective coatings to manufactured products.
- Ensuring all work meets quality and finish standards.
- Carrying out basic preparation work, including cleaning and masking components.
- Maintaining painting equipment and keeping the work area clean and organised.
- Working safely and following all health and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Industrial Painter, Spray Painter or within a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
