DH Recruitment are looking for a proactive and highly organized Office Administrator to support the smooth running of the clients operations. This role involves coordinating trades, managing stock, and carrying out a variety of administrative duties to ensure everything runs efficiently and safely. It\βs a busy, hands-on position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule trades and contractors to maintain efficient workflows.

Order and manage stock, materials, and equipment to ensure availability.

Carry out general office duties, including record-keeping, processing orders, and liaising with suppliers and customers.

Monitor stock levels and site activities, reporting any operational issues.

Support planning and scheduling of daily activities to meet targets.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
What We\\\βre Looking For

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within construction, aggregates, or related industries.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
