Driver Hire Colchester is looking for a reliable, confident and organised Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team. This is a varied, fast-paced role where youll support the day-to-day running of the office, manage driver bookings and speak with clients and candidates. What youll be doing * Managing daily and weekly driver bookings * Calling drivers and confirming assignments * Speaking with clients about staffing requirements * Advertising jobs and recruiting new drivers * Interviewing and registering candidates * Keeping our CRM and compliance records up to date * Looking after our existing driver pool * Supporting business development and marketing * Joining our week-on, week-off on-call rota once fully trained What were looking for You dont need recruitment experience, attitude and reliability matter more.
