Driver Hire Colchester and Sudbury is currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Tipper Driver to support our clients in the construction, aggregates, and waste sectors.

Requirements:

  • Must have your own transport to travel to and from work.
  • Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence, CPC, and Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Fewer than 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, or similar endorsements).
  • Experience with Tippers is essential.
  • Must have appropriate PPE, including steel toe cap boots (Hi-Vis provided by Driver Hire).

Job Details:

  • Start times: Typically between 05:00 and 07:00 AM.
  • Shift length: Between 8 and 12 hours (minimum 10 hours guaranteed pay per day).
  • Pay rate: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour, depending on experience and assignment.
  • PAYE - Accrue holiday or get paid it in your hourly rate.
  • Ongoing and ad-hoc work available with local and regional clients.
