Driver Hire Colchester and Sudbury is currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Tipper Driver to support our clients in the construction, aggregates, and waste sectors.
Requirements:
- Must have your own transport to travel to and from work.
- Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence, CPC, and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Fewer than 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, or similar endorsements).
- Experience with Tippers is essential.
- Must have appropriate PPE, including steel toe cap boots (Hi-Vis provided by Driver Hire).
Job Details:
- Start times: Typically between 05:00 and 07:00 AM.
- Shift length: Between 8 and 12 hours (minimum 10 hours guaranteed pay per day).
- Pay rate: £15.00 – £17.00 per hour, depending on experience and assignment.
- PAYE - Accrue holiday or get paid it in your hourly rate.
- Ongoing and ad-hoc work available with local and regional clients.
