We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 HIAB Driver to join our team in Chesterfield on a temp-to-perm basis with an immediate start available.
The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering a range of products including fencing materials, hot tubs, and sheds to residential and commercial customers. This is a hands-on role requiring safe operation of a HIAB crane and a strong focus on customer service.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am start
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a Class 2 vehicle with HIAB safely and efficiently
- Deliver and unload goods at customer sites
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Conduct daily vehicle and equipment checks
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner with customers
- Follow all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
- In-date HIAB certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Experience delivering large/bulky items (e.g. fencing, sheds, hot tubs) preferred
- Good knowledge of local and surrounding areas
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
