What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering a variety of goods across Essex, London, and surrounding areas
- Operating well-maintained HGV Class 1 vehicles, including container work
- Handling manual tasks such as loading and unloading
- Ensuring safe, timely, and accurate deliveries
- Navigating London’s roads with confidence—London driving experience a bonus
- Representing Driver Hire with professionalism and a positive attitude
What We’re Looking For
- Valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in multi-drop or commercial deliveries
- Maximum 6 points on your licence
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Strong communication, punctuality, and reliability
- RHIDES card and London Gateway ID card an advantage
- Familiarity with London’s road network is beneficial
- Flexible, customer-focused mindset
