Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour (PAYE) - minimum 10 hours paid per day

We are recruiting an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver for container work and general haulage. This role involves regular port work, therefore port experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Class 1 driving for container and general haulage
- Container collections and deliveries to and from UK ports
- Daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
- Compliance with drivers' hours and road transport legislation
- Accurate completion of paperwork and PODs
Essential Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Proven Class 1 experience - mandatory
- Port experience - essential
- No more than 6 points on licence
- Professional, reliable, and safety-conscious
