Our client, a well established and respected waste management company based in Braintree, is currently seeking an experienced Class 2 (CAT C) Tanker Driver to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional driver looking for stable work with a reputable local company operating within the environmental and wastewater sector.
The Role
- Operating a Class 2 tanker vehicle
- Collecting and transporting liquid waste safely and efficiently
- Completing daily vehicle checks and paperwork
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety and environmental regulations
- Representing the company professionally when dealing with customers and site staff
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (CAT C) licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Previous tanker, waste, or liquid waste experience preferred (training may be provided)
- Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
- Physically fit as involves manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
