What You\’ll Be Doing
As an HGV ADR Driver, you won\’t just be delivering fuel – you\’ll be delivering trust, safety, and peace of mind. You\’ll play a vital role in supplying energy products to homes, farms, businesses, and community hubs across the region. Every route matters. Every drop counts.
Your responsibilities include:
- Multi-drop delivery of LPG cylinders and/or bulk fuel
- Serving domestic, agricultural, commercial, and industrial customers
- Navigating rural roads and challenging weather conditions safely
- Adhering to ADR, CDG, and company safety standards
- Representing our brand with professionalism and courtesy
What\’s in It for You?
You\’ll earn £18.85 per hour on the day shift, with a guaranteed minimum of 10 hours per day. The role offers a full-time working week of 42.5 hours, structured around a 4 on / 2 off shift pattern. It\’s a 6-month fixed-term seasonal contract, with the potential for repeat work depending on performance and demand. During peak periods, overtime is available to boost your earnings. You\’ll receive full LPG and safety training, and all personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided at no cost. You\’ll be driving a well-maintained fleet and working within a company that prioritises a strong health and safety culture, some with manual gearboxes.
What You\’ll Need
- HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence for day shift
- HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence for night shift
- ADR Certificate (Tanks & Packaged Goods – minimum Class 2)
- CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 points
- Solid understanding of driver regulations and tachograph laws
- Safety-first mindset and professional attitude
- Flexibility for weekends, nights, and extended hours during busy periods
